Certification Systems

Voluntary certification systems such as SURE EU and REDcert offer the opportunity to verify and document the compliance with the Directive on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources (Directive (EU) 2018/2001). 

As SC@PE International we offer the following certification systems:

• REDcert EU
  • REDcert²
  • REDcert² Chemicals
• SURE EU

These certifications systems are relevant for those economic operators which would like to use the objective and reliable opportunity of REDcert and SURE EU in order to comply with the EU Directive 2018/2001 and provide evidence that the for this purpose produced biomass is sustainably made.
