In order to be able to achieve the climate protection goals of the EU (EU directive (EU) 2018/2001), we need to embark on new paths together! The EU directive for the advancement and usage of renewable energy includes the following sustainability criteria:  

•        Protection of biologically valuable grounds
•        Compliance with greenhouse gas emission thresholds and reduction
•        Traceatability of sustainable material

Until 2030:                                

55% Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (compared to1990)

These goals can only be achieved efficiently through the use of renewable energies. Therefore, the EU wants to increase the share of renewable energies in energy production from 32% to over 65% by 2030.
